Arif S. Kinchen (A.S.K.) is one talented artist doing his thing in Hollywood. Be it rocking the
mike on his new single release, "Pray 4 Me" (from the CD "What? You Call Dis An ABLUM?"), clocking residuals from his stint on television's "Sparks" (the show made him a household name); popping up in national spots for Coca Cola, Truth & 800 Call ATT; doing voice-overs for SEGA
and HBO; or appearing in films like "Trippin", "Nikita Blues", "BeverlyHood", etc...

The UPN show "Sparks" was the launch pad for Arif. Playing the part of LaMarr Hicks,
office assistant to Maxey Sparks, Arif was able to establish a large youth oriented fan base.
The role translated into Kinchen's personal life as he serves as a role model to young adults.

With acting credits incorporating a large part of his resume, ("The Wash", "House Party",
"Saved by the Bell", "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air") A.S.K. is now making inroads as a Hip Hop
artist. The Los Angeles native is a product of  the L.A. County High School of the Arts.
A former music promoter for Immortal, Loud, PGD and Sony Records, his roots actually run
deep in the Hip Hop community.

"I've been rapping since the 7th grade & I moved in the innerciphas during The GoodLife
renaissance..." reveals A.S.K. "'Sparks' was just the beginning, and a wonderful vehicle to
propel me to the next level. I will always act, but Hip Hop is my life! I'm hoping to take my music interest to another level."
